This website is hosted by an external service provider (host). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host's servers. This may include IP addresses, meta and communication data, website accesses, and other data generated by a website.

We use the following provider for hosting our website: Hostinger International Ltd. 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus

The use of the host is for the purpose of fulfilling our contractual obligations towards our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast, and efficient provision of our online services (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

order processing

We have concluded a contract for order processing (AVV) with the above-mentioned provider.

Hosting of applications and databases (automation & backend)

For processing complex data streams, automations, and storing database content (e.g., your assessment results, customer data), we use our own server instances and database solutions (e.g., NocoDB, SeaTable), which we host with a German provider.

We use servers from: Hetzner Online GmbH Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany

The servers are located in Germany. We use Hetzner on the basis of our legitimate interest in maximum data security and digital sovereignty (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Order processing

We have concluded an order processing agreement (AVV) with Hetzner.

5. Tools und Services

AI maturity assessment (via Tally.so)

We offer an assessment on our website to determine your AI maturity level. For this purpose, we use the Tally service (Tally BV, Dok Noord 3A/101, 9000 Ghent, Belgium).

When you participate in the assessment, we collect the following data in order to prepare the evaluation:

• Last name

• first name

• Email address

• Phone number (optional)

  Company name and website

• Answers about your business processes

The data is processed by Tally and then transferred to our own databases (hosted by Hetzner, see section 2).

Data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (implementation of pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in customer advice). Appointment booking (Calendly)

We use the Calendly service to schedule appointments (e.g., discovery calls). The provider is Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, 10th Floor, Atlanta, Georgia 30363, USA.

To book an appointment, enter your details (name, email) in the Calendly form. These details are used to prepare and carry out the appointment. Data transfer to the US is based on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses. We have concluded a contract with the provider for order processing. Database management (NocoDB / SeaTable)

Zur Verwaltung von Kundenanfragen und Assessment-Ergebnissen nutzen wir moderne Datenbank-Lösungen (wie NocoDB oder SeaTable). Diese Systeme werden von uns entweder selbst auf unseren Servern bei der Hetzner Online GmbH (Deutschland) betrieben oder wir nutzen Instanzen, die Datenverarbeitung ausschließlich auf Servern in Deutschland gewährleisten. Eine Übermittlung dieser Daten in Drittstaaten (z. B. USA) findet in diesem Prozessschritt nicht statt.

6. Image sources

We use images from image databases (royalty-free stock photos) and images generated by artificial intelligence (AI) on this website. No personal data of third parties is processed in AI-generated images.
